Cameron Stamm is an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (ALMFT) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Illinois along with her National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential.  Cameron specializes in individual, relationship/couples, family and group therapy. She earned her Masters in Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy, from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Cameron also holds a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, where she concentrated her studies on lifespan developmental psychology.  

Cameron has over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, parents, adults and families in Chicago including group and individual settings. She has worked in private practice, education, community mental health, intensive outpatient services, and behavioral health hospital settings.

She applies a integrative, holistic, and strength based approach to create an inclusive, culturally aware, sex positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and anti-racist space for clients. Cameron supports clients who seek to understand and cope with the impacts of systems of oppression and complex, intergenerational trauma.  Cameron values trust and mutuality within the therapeutic process to foster healing, insight, acceptance, and growth in a dynamic approach.  Cameron strives to empower her clients as they take steps moving towards their goals for therapy and looks forward to helping clients with their next steps on their healing journey.
