*All sessions are typically 45-50 minutes in length. Most sessions will take place once a week, unless your needs call for additional or reduced sessions.*
** Low sliding scale is also available for those individuals, couples and families that are in need of services at a reduced rate or are unable to meet high deductibles for their insurance plans.**

CORE is a provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna PPO,  and USHIP.  Please check with us in our initial consultation if you would like to use your insurance.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?


Reduced Fee/Sliding Scale
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.  Payment is due at the time that services are provided.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 business hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
