Dr. Ashi Manoff is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, specializing in purpose-driven therapy for individuals, couples, and families. He earned his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, Los Angeles, and his bachelor’s degree from UCLA.

His clients are often at a crisis point in their lives – struggling with intense anxiety, uncertainty about their future, or relationship challenges that are painful and confusing. They may feel lost and hurt as they try to make sense of who they are, what they want, and how to navigate the expectations around them. They’re seeking relief, but also clarity and a stronger sense of self. They want to understand why they feel the way they do, make choices that feel authentic, and build a life that reflects their values.

Dr. Manoff’s clinical experience spans community mental health centers, psychiatric hospitals, and private practice settings. He has supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, and relational trauma. He works from an existential-humanistic perspective while drawing on psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, multicultural, family systems, and Gottman-based approaches.

Dr. Manoff believes that loss, disruption, and emotional struggle, though painful and disorienting, can become catalysts for greater authenticity and connection. His own journey through therapy informs his empathic and nonjudgmental presence. He honors the courage it takes to seek help and commends those standing up for their well-being, perhaps for the first time.
