Saisri Pattisapu is pursuing advanced clinical training at CORE. She is currently a fourth year PsyD student in the Clinical Psychology program and has a MA in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School. Saisri also holds a MA in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School and a BS in Psychology from University of Central Florida. Saisri has worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, residential, and therapeutic day school settings. She works with diverse client populations ranging from children to older adults, providing psychotherapy and assessment services to individuals, couples and families. She has experience with clients with concerns related to trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and substance use, among other presenting issues.

 
Saisri believes that individuals are multidimensional and are a product of the complex systems around them that can range from small family units to larger cultural systems. Saisri takes an authentic, non-judgemental stance and incorporates a genuine desire to understand her clients by creating a safe space for them in the therapy room. Saisri utilizes a systems framework when working with clients with an emphasis on using expressive therapy to further understand clients' narrative perspectives. Saisri's clinical interests include working with emotional expression, family issues, identity development, and supporting clients impacted by the legal system. She is also interested in social advocacy related to BIPOC individuals.
